…is beginning to melt and my poor snowman has lost his head. The thaw does mean I’m not snowed in anymore but I am a bit sorry. Not being able to go anywhere has been good for me. Until this morning the postman hasn’t even been able to get up the lane. All very relaxing.

N managed to get through and visit yesterday. He had to leave his car at the end of the lane but apparently the main roads were all clear. He thought my snowman looked evil. He had a point but I still felt rather fond of him.

Time to rejoin the world again?
