…(or not) from things that upset me seems to be a bit of a theme for me just now. In my More Tired Than Usual state I’m finding other people’s stresses and opinions are weighing heavily. To make matters worse I find myself drawn to them.
Today the always soothing Keri Smith wrote in her wish jar journal that she would like to walk through the world untouched by the opinions of others. Me too. She can’t. She’s going to wear her superhero costume under her clothes and see if it helps. I’m going to watch yet more trash TV. I do like Starsky’s wooly hat…

It’s good to see you blogging again Michael, sorry you seem to be having such a rough time of it.
I think everyone wants to be free of other people’s opinions. Some people are, you just need to adjust your attitude in life. Unfortunately someone with M.E. like myself probably finds himself or herself more timid than usual.
Hope you find some relief soon.
