It is difficult to commit to living where we are, how we are. It is difficult and it is necessary.

Yes. To do even one well…. *sigh*

    Really loving your drawings :)
    How do you colour them?

    Hello Emma

    Thanks for your kind words.

Mostly I colour with Photoshop, though do sometimes directly work with watercolour, gouache or pencils. I do enjoy Photoshop though. I scan at 1200 dpi in black and white and then import into Photoshop. Colouring (unlike drawing) is always a very relaxing pastime for me!

    Dear Julia,

I’m so glad you’re around. Some poet said, beauty is truth, or something like that. Thank you for reminding us. When 9-11 happened, it was the day for my art class. After watching the horror, I decided to go to art. Just my teacher and I were there. I think it is the artist’s job to go beyond the now and pull in the beauty that is always in the Universe.

    Thank you for being you,

    Hank Langeman
