Rescueremedy

…I really thought my Rescue Remedy days were a thing of the past. It seems not. I might be quiet here for a little while.

Is that for colds? I woke up yesterday with a cold: my first one in two years. And before that I hadn’t had one for three years. Supposedly, people with CFS don’t get colds too often…

Keep on going with the Rescue Rem. it’s very good.
Also for cheeryness have a peek at
http://www.barefootdoctorworld.co.uk/home/1/ some of it is subscription but there’s some free content too (Docbox). I’m reading Dear Barefoot and its a rockin good read - never fails to make me smile.

Echinaecia all the way here - in fact we’re even drinking herby tea with it in.
Been at that awful hovering stage (the not quite sore throat, wibbly legs/hot and cold thing?) all week.

However, I got my Beany this morning - a lovely surprise after a vile soaking (aquaplaining motorcycle on the motorway = no fun) - sat on my couch with a cuppa and devoured it!

I shall wave it around and recommend it heartily.

Take care and thank you for a lovely read.

You sound a poorly old bear at the moment. If you’re taking RR I’m not sure that you have a cold as some others are suspecting: I’ve alwyas used RR as a real crisis interventor — at funerals, shock etc. so I hope whatever is going on is not too dreadful. If it’s a mood thing then homeopathy is very useful but it really has to be through an indidvidual practitioner rather than a nice lady in Boots telling you what she thinks might do. Homeopathy has been miraculous in helping my little boy’s ups and downs.

Anyroadup I hope you are on the mend soon … may be just the dark early nights, the low moon and wintry miz — got to me last week too and then I turner around. Lie low and eat toast and honey in bed til it all goes away !

I love Rescue Remedy (and RR cream is good stuff for boo-boos) and Dr. Bronner’s peppermint soap usually cheers me up. Enjoy the quiet though, quiet is a good thing. The illustration of the RR bottle is great. Take care of yourself.

Rescue remedy is a Good Thing (as Messrs. Sellars and Yates of “1066 and all that” would have it…) - my psychiatrist and also my rheumatologist both recommend it. Peace, Micahel - you know what you need to do - we can’t let the damn fibro/me/cfs rule our lives, we have to be sneaky and defeat it by working within our restrictions…

For even FASTER results (which is funny, since the main way of beating this stuff is to slooooooow down!) I use the RR spray - for moments when I’m about to go into meltdown…

Thinkng of you and wishing you restful strength.
