i’ve been drawing

…from photos I found on my phone. Many thanks to Vanessa for the idea. I found I can transfer pictures from my phone to my gorgeous new iMac via Bluetooth. All very high tech and exciting. I shall take the phone with me tomorrow and take a few snaps to work on later. I do love technology - especially when it works (and is actually useful).

I’m still trippin’ over my retro tech Moleskine. I do have a digital camera and wouldn’t know how to live without my laptop but for everything else that fills my soul, analog is king. I did cave in and get a mobile phone, a few years ago when I was bonking on a bike tour and had no way to contact anyone. That phone, needless to say, is cameraless. I like the way you are keeping your technology human. Your drawings will be interesting to see. ::thrive!, O

I couldn’t do without my mobile phone. I have the high techiest one that I can find now - SMS, MMS, emails, camera, bluetooth, infrared, internet
Oh … and it is even useful for phone calls.

I got my Motorola V600 totally by accident when I came back from Thailand. There’s a little asian style cell phone shop in the Richmond here (FoneArt) that I said, “Hey I want a phone that flips open, is easy to use and takes pictures). I had no idea that it would rock my world. I actually bought my new laptop….because of my phone. Sheesh! I can even now email pics to post directly on my blog. Wow!

Oh! Very cool idea. I’ve drawn pals from webcam snapshots before, but not phone pics.
