Coffee triggers Migraine for me.
I treat myself to one mug of black with sugar on Saturday mornings, taken with a full English breakfast. I relish the time I spend drinking it.
I have drugs at hand, just in case, but I don’t work at weekends, so it’s just a case of popping pills and unfurling the hammock if it all goes wrong.
Better to live occasionally than be miserable permanently, says I.

I love my coffee black…I love Starbucks house coffee….and for a treat, MOCHA coffee with whipped cream…yummmm I like coffee more than teas…but maybe that is just “American” of me…I do like tea, but have not really dug into that world. I live in Texas and Texans are BIG BIG iced-tea drinkers!!!!! Those are a few snippets about me….a lady named Kelly.

When someone falls asleep next to me, just at the point that their breathing changes, I hear a crackling sound in my left ear. This used to happen with my kids when they were babies. I could tell it was okay to put them into the crib when I felt/heard that crackling sound. Now I know it is time to put down the book I am reading them and sneak out of the room.

when i was a young teenager there was a toy doll called Flatsie because…naturally… she was flat and could easily be carried around. My younger sister called me Flatsie because i was flat chested. I didn’t think it was funny at the time.

I appreciate dark, strong coffee, with a whisper of cream, in a sturdy mug with easy to hold handle. Hot.

I decided to run away from home when I was around 10 or 11 years old. I persuaded my brother (3 years younger) to come with me. He was very reluctant you see.

So we prepared sandwiches for the big adventure and set off. I was living in the country at that time and three fields away from home we stopped for a pic nic. With no food left, we decided to turn back and postpone the runaway for another time.
