Oh, no. I was afraid that something like that would happend to you post-holiday. I just didn't think it would be so severe. Rest up and take care. Glad you had the energy to let us know how you're doing.

Blah to the shakies - try a bit of lateral thinking. Big mug, half filled, cupped with both hands. Practiced at home with biscuits :)

Hope this passes soon M (as an aside check with your GP if any meds you might be taking could be causing this - also - decaff tea/coffee might help too).

Sorry about the shakiness, Michael, and I hope that it goes away for you soon. My aunt experienced something like that, out of the blue, a few months ago. A neurologist tried her on a medication and it took care of it with no side effects. Sometimes they can't find a cause but they can find a remedy.

I've experienced this with my M.E. too Michael, I had a lot of trouble with it all the time for a couple of years, but strangely enough was only today noting that it has more or less disappeared as a symptom, which is great. There is a little, but I have learned to live with / ignore / work around it. I can symapthise with the embarrassment it causes in public places - I was worried people would think I was cold turkey! With rest, it will ease, and tea and cake it will soon be again!

Enjoy the excuse to drink bottles of pop!

Nice illustration! Oh nooo about your tea drinking. The same thing happens to me but its because I'm hyperthyroid (Graves disease) and it makes my hands shake. I doubt thats the reason yours did tho but you never know (?). Has it gone away yet? Great solution to your being able to have tea in the mornings on holiday. Hope you can resume tea drinking in public cafes soon:-)
