working on the beany…
…I’m reminded of both good and bad days gone by. 19th August last year was a good day. Apparently I sat on the top of Constitution Hill drinking coffee (and spilling some), taking in the view and soaking up some sun.
I’m not feeling too robust today and it’s good to be remember that the good days come (and the bad days go).

Time to chill (warmly) - remember you are a non-freneticism role model
I’m just off to follow your lead and spend the rest (ha) of the afternoon on my bed with a de-caf and a book

Yup: no waves without troughs. I think that’s better than continual flat calm.

Sometimes the only way to get through the bad days are to think about the good.

Hi Michael. I have been somewhat distracted over the last few months so have shamefully negelected my e-friends but I’m paying attention again, where I can. I am sorry that you have been having some bad days. The last time I read your blog you were doing so well.
