Napping a lot

Mini Artist Me Napping
I’m spending much of my days curled up on my sketchbook on a cushion on my garden bench. The weather is glorious here which helps, but I hate the return of feeling quite so tired. Maybe it’s the acupunture I started a few weeks ago coupled with the fact I’ve stopped drinking my morning cup(s) of espresso. I am feeling human enough today to go and meet some friends for lunch (if I can find some clean pants to wear)…

mmmm - I’d like to nap outside too - if I can summon the energy to get downstairs to the garden. Much better than napping under a pile of duvets with snow outside, like a few weeks ago. As for coffee - I try to limit myself to one ‘hit’ a day to get me going….otherwise I might not (get going) at all!

Hi Michael, Hope you’re OK. Has the napping worked and you’re off creating or are you still off colour.

I have purchased an item at my local charity shop and I shall post said item asap on the Global Shop link.

    Take care

Michael: Sleep on brother. I have found that getting off the diet sodas and the java was hard but in the long run, I am able to sleep uninterupted through the nights. I also have a desire to drink H2O which I never had much of before. Sleep on. Sleep on.
