Podcast: Looking for a sense of flow

I’m still working on creating a sense of flow in my life, both in my studio and in my wider day-to-day existence. I’m getting there I think.

Starting a yoga class a few months ago seems to have improved my energy (and enthusiasm) levels which is wonderful.

I’m discovering a few tricks to help me keep a sense of momentum in my life and and have discovered that regular check-ins with a friend over a weekly breakfast are also a big help. Having to report my progress over a weekly cup of coffee means I find I’m forced to make sure I keep things moving. That weekly cup of coffee really is the “coffee cup of flow.”

I’m mulling over a few thoughts about creating a sense of flow in this podcast (I’d be very interested to hear your thoughts of how you keep things moving in your life):

Capturing the flow: what about keeping a digital audio recorder by your bedside? That way you can capture the flow of consciousness/ideas before you get out of bed, avoiding the inevitable black hole for time into which computers will always pull you/me/us.
