Reading The Beany on an iPad (and a special offer)

I was thrilled the other day to see a friend reading the latest issue of my illustrated journal, The Beany on his iPad. He very kindly let me film him flicking through the ebook (he admits to a secret longing to be a hand actor, so this is his international debut!).

I’m very excited by the iPad and how it’s providing such a wonderful new platform for artists to publish work to. Whilst the ebook version of The Beany looks beautiful on a PC or laptop (I keep mine on my phone), there is something quite magical about actually holding it while you read.

If you have an iPad and would like to read a copy of The Beany #4 on it, then you can order a copy here (of course you’re also more than welcome to order a copy to read on your computer too!). If you prefer a more tradional low-tech version, than the paperback is available from Blurb.

Special Offer

The Final 40As you may know I’m currently selling off the last few sets The Beany 1-3 in paperback for a special low price. At the beginning of the month I had 40 sets, now I’m down to ten. You can order a single set here for only £8.95 if you live in the UK or US$15.95 if you live anywhere else in the word.

Buy a set of The Beany 1-3 for a friend and get a free copy of The Beany #4 ebook

Today, until the the last few sets have gone, I’m also offering anyone who orders a set The Beany 1-3 for themselves and another set for a friend a free copy of The Beany #4 ebook. I’m happy to post both sets to the purchaser, or the gift set on to a different address.

The cost of both sets, including postage is only US$30. Click on the PayPal button below to order now.

If you’ve already ordered a set of Beanys this month and would like to take advantage of this offer of a second gift set plus the free ebook, then just drop me an email and I can sort that out for you.
